To secure your booking a down payment of IDR 450.000 or AUD 45.00 (1 AUD – 10.000 IDR) *per person is required.
Remaining payments or transport fee (if applicable) can be settled one on the same day of your cooking class event in cash (IDR) or with Master or Visa Card (3% surcharge).
After we receive a down payment notice we will get in contact with you via the provided email address/WhatsApp for a final booking confirmation and will let you know your pick up time.
If down payment is not received we unfortunately have to disregard your booking request.
If you book for children please insert additional informations about their age or if you would like to book our child care in our YOUR MESSAGE column.
Diet requests
Please let us know before hand if you or any participants have any Diet restrictions, use YOUR MESSAGE column for more detailed informations.
Cancellation Policy
Our Cooking Classes are from Monday to Saturday.
If you need to reschedule, cancel a person (s) or cancel the entire booking please let us know no later than 24-hours prior your scheduled pick up time.
We will refund your down payment in FULL if (with the substratification of the transaction fee) cancellation is made 24 hours prior the scheduled pick up time.
E.G. if we schedule you at 8.00am for your pick up time on a Wednesday we latest need to receive your cancellation request the day before, Tuesday at 8.00am via email.
Please note
Only a written cancellation via email/WhatsApp can be accepted.
If you miss the 24-hour mark unfortunately NO refund applies.
Sick notice
We are very sorry to hear that you are sick or feeling unwell.
Due to the necessary preparation work, staff and driver scheduling for your cooking class the 24-hour mark applies as mentioned above.
If you have missed the 24-hour mark please consider to reschedule promptly, in this case your down-payment is still considered as valid.
